Dr. Steve Schwam
Dr. Schwam is a gentle, caring dentist who uses advanced techniques, technology, and materials to create fantastic smiles. He'll take time to get you know you, listen to your concerns, and then personalize a treatment plan for your unique needs. He does more than deliver beautiful smiles and optimal oral health; he builds lasting relationships built on trust and respect.
Education and Affiliations
After receiving his undergraduate degree from California State University at Los Angeles, Dr. Schwam earned his dental degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. His goal is to pursue 150 or more educational hours each year to continually hone his skills in cosmetic dentistry and restorative dentistry and provide his patients with the best of modern dental care. .
Dr. Schwam is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and a certified Invisalign provider. He also regularly attends study groups to review and discuss the latest techniques in neuromuscular dentistry and implant dentistry.
Family Life and Community Involvement
Dr. Schwam and his wife, Nancy, have two daughters and two granddaughters. In his spare time, Dr. Schwam enjoys fishing and photography. He has studied under Ansel Adams and has taught photography to high school students and other dentists. Dr. Schwam is a member of the Rotary Club and donates smile makeovers to Winning Smile, an organization that serves victims of domestic violence.
