Dental Staff

Dr Denise Hicks moved to Oregon in 2011 after graduating from University of Tennessee Health Science Center, in Memphis Tennessee with her degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery. Her main focus is on providing the best care possible to each and every patient. She views each person as an individual, recognizing that every person comes with a unique back story and special set of dental needs. She assesses the needs and goals of each patient and creates a plan that is customized to meet every budget and optimize the health of each individual. She excels at working with patients with dental phobias by offering a kind gentle approach an various sedation methods if needed. She moved to Central Oregon in 2015 with her family. She has two children, Ethan and Layla. Her son Ethan lives in the valley and just started working as an auto mechanic. Her daughter Layla is a senior in high school. They have 3 dogs and one cat. Outside of work she enjoys spending her time running, hiking and skiing on the trail with her 2 and 4 legged family members.

Jessi is a born and raised native Central Oregonian. She has been in Dentistry for over 22 years. Jessi graduated in 2009 from Lane Community College as a dental hygienist and was a chairside dental assistant for twelve years prior to pursuing her passion as a dental hygienist. In her spare time she enjoys backpacking, camping, paddle boarding and spending time with her family and friends.

I moved to Central Oregon in 2006 and has been home ever since. I think it’s a perfect place to live and don’t see myself moving anywhere else. I’ve been in the dental field for over 20 years and I love what I do. I work with an amazing team with the same goal in mind, our patients overall dental health comes first. It’s very rewarding to help transform a smile to educating our littlest of patients on how to brush. I enjoy assisting Dr. in the back as well as greeting and meeting our patients in the front and helping answer any questions they may have. My goal is to make our patients feel welcomed and at home. My husband and I have 5 sons with 7 beautiful grandchildren with one on the way this summer. I love spending time with my family, enjoying the outdoors and having fun.

Katie grew up in Hillsboro Oregon and graduated from OSU(go Beavs!) before going to dental hygiene school at Clark College. She married her college sweetheart in 2022 and they moved to Redmond fall of 2024. Katie is a self professed homebody who loves to snuggle with her dog and her bunny. She also loves to travel and spend time with her friends and family. Dental hygiene is a great fit for Katie because she is passinate about educating about oral health and providing quality care to all. She looks forward to seeing you in the office soon!

Kaylee is our dedicated dental assistant originally from North Pole, Alaska. She and her husband (a Redmond Native) recently relocated to Redmond with their two dogs, Cash and Waylon. She is excited to bring her skills and passion for patient care to a new community. When she isn't assisting patients you can find her enjoying the outdoors, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen or diving into a good book. She is committed to providing excetional care and building lasting relationships with both patients and her colleagues. She brings lots of positive energy and enthusiam to our team!
